Our company exhibited at "Anime NYC 2024," a festival celebrating Japanese anime and subculture held in New York from August 23 to 25, 2024. This marks our second exhibition at an anime-related event in the United States, following our participation in "Anime Expo 2024" in Los Angeles this July. For "Anime NYC 2024," we secured a booth twice the size of our previous exhibition at "Anime Expo 2024," prominently located near the venue entrance. This prime location ensured a constant flow of visitors throughout the three-day event, allowing us to directly interact with approximately 2,000 manga and anime fans.At our booth, we introduced "emaqi," our specialized digital manga store. We displayed booklets of ten titles, releasing their English versions for the first time through emaqi in a bookstore-like arrangement. Visitors who followed emaqi's official X (formerly Twitter) account or registered their email address could take home their favorite works for free. Many attendees enthusiastically selected 4-5 different titles to enjoy. We were delighted to see some visitors return to share their impressions on the manga or bring friends the following day.The event attracted not only cosplayers and dedicated anime fans, but also casual users and families, demonstrating the widespread appeal of anime culture in New York, America's largest city.We will continue actively seeking opportunities for direct interaction with fans and publishing industry professionals. Furthermore, with the launch of emaqi's service on September 3rd, we plan to intensify our promotional efforts for the platform moving forward.
